Start by booking an intro call to learn more about TILLIT and get a demo of our platform and the employer experience. Tell us a bit about your current setup and we can explore how we can best help your company and empower your teams.
Onboarding is quick and easy. You don’t have to rip out your current auto-enrolment pension provider, instead TILLIT is added alongside it. We’ll introduce you to your Account Manager and they will support you and your payroll team or accountants with how they manage employer contributions.
Once you have completed onboarding, we create a dedicated Employee Hub for your teams to explore what TILLIT can offer them. In addition, we’ll schedule a launch session for your team in which a senior member of the TILLIT team will introduce TILLIT, demo the platform and answer any questions they may have about pensions. We’ll create a bespoke session for your team’s needs to ensure everyone leaves excited about their pension.
Now we’re ready to welcome your team onto the TILLIT Pension! It is ultimately up to them to choose if they want to switch to TILLIT from your other pension provider. They can do so in three simple steps and we’ll be there to support them if they need us. You get automatic updates letting you know which employees have switched and from there, you can manage their contributions via our easy-to-use Employer Portal.
